Clifford Donald Simak (1904–1988) received his popularity as an American science fiction writer who received diverse recognitions for his work. He developed his interest in the writing field after reading works published by H. G. Wells. His science fiction novel The Creator developed between 1932 to 1938 received significant attention from the reading community. Simak continued to contribute towards the fantasy and science fiction genres until the 1980s. He expressed his concern about the connection between science as a discipline and the science fiction novels writing styles. Simak expressed his apprehension about the lack of realistic scientific facts in the science fiction novel environment.
