Harlan Jay Ellison (1934-2018) received popularity as an American book writer. He obtained extensive recognition for his speculative fiction approach and writing skills. Ellison published over 1700 short stories inclusive of screenplays, novels, and various comic book writings. Some of his most popular literature pieces refer to the Star Trek episode named The City on the Edge Scream. In his career, he practised positions as an editor and anthologist. Ellison attended Ohio State University between 1951 to 1953. He experienced regular disagreements with his professor and after an incident became suspended.
