Iron Gold is an Adult fiction dystopian novel written by Pierce Brown. It revolves around Darrow, who arose to start a revolution, but instead of bringing harmony and freedom, they pushed the endless war on the world. At the same time, he fails to admit the defeat and stays determined to change his fate. This book by Pierce Brown is the depiction of mature science fiction infused with the vehement space opera while lining with Shakespearean’s work.

Review and Summary of the Dystopian Novel Iron Gold

***Warning Spoilers Below This Point***

The book plots a young red girl who takes on the charge of life she always wanted, whereas the ex-soldier is on a disastrous path filled with grief to pilfer away the treasured thing of the galaxy.

This book forms part of the Red Rising series and is based on the intriguing yet overwhelming occurrences of political instability, rebellion, and revenge.

After the ten years of Morning Star, this book implies the development of a new world rising from the ashes while examining the snares and corollaries of doing so.

Every Red Rising series lover knows how to feel the positivity of the Morning Star and how the Reaper outshined the elite ruling class, the Golds. However, with Iron Gold, the political instability changed, and new characters form part of the storyline. Lyria presents the main character of the book, the survivor of Rising, and up-scales the violence in a new war.

The sporty names like Apollonius, Dido, Bellerophon, and Diomedes added weight to the book. It’s needless to say that he made a comeback to focus on the aftermath of destruction. In this book, he managed to build the events while changing the mythos, styles, and the narrative to allow for joyful reading. This book shifts the multitudes of paradigms among four POVs, and each chapter seems like an individual story. But with Browns’ magical words, all four stories come together through relaxed yet brilliant lines.

Final Thoughts on the Dystopian Novel Iron Gold

Through his characters, Brown forces the readers to endorse new approaches regarding the events that happened in the past, along with the characters. The characters struggle with harsh truths about this post-galactic destruction world while fostering the high spin on the Iron Gold. Many readers believe that the plot becomes sluggish and slump at the start, but our review suggests that it progresses to a higher level. It aims to endorse a new approach to attract and entertain preconceived readers. We must say that Brown reached the highest level of merit with this book.
