Victoria Foyt (1958) received recognition as a book and scriptwriter. She took part in acting to advance her career opportunities besides the publication of her popular novels. Foyt’s books received significant credits and popularity, for example, Save the Pearls: Revealing Eden and Adapting Eden (2012-2013) and The Virtual Life of Lexie Diamond (2007). Foyt wrote magazine articles for O at Home and Harper’s Bazaar. She published and directed a short film publication named The Sweet Spot. Besides her short films, she featured in Going Shopping and received praise by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. She experienced high-level criticism after the publication of her Save the Pearls: Revealing Eden novel. The book seemed to carry racist undertones according to some critiques.
